Query transcript information for alternative splice variants.

Only the canonical name of each gene is used in the results table. The alternative gene names (synonyms) are shown below the table.

Direct access to the gene information at the ENSEMBL and NCBI web pages is given via hyperlinks.

Select from Genes and Species, and optionally choose a download option in Result handling. Then click search.

Genes

Select genes by marking them in the left list (available). Then click on the → arrow.

Deselect genes bei marking them in the right list (selected). Then click on the ← arrow.

The usual behavior of Ctrl+click and Shift+click is supported.

Alternatively, you can enter the gene symbols in the textbox below and hit the TAB key.

Species

You have to select at least one entry in one category.

You can deselect an entry by Ctrl+click.
